We make a point in trying to stop at our favorite Antique shop when we're down in the desert. Always nice pieces that we like there. Great people behind the counter. They take good care of your breakables. We were down there just before Christmas and stopped in... found some great stuff to buy including this heavy bedspread. When we got back to Washington we could not find it in any of the stuff we brought back with us. My wife was very upset. We both thought we had put it in the car. Several days later I contacted Carriage House. They had expected our call. They had the bedspread waiting for us. They gladly shipped it to us. I opened it and they even put a Bow in the box. Happily a gold bow... the color for our Christmas Tree theme this year... they went way beyond for us. We will always stop when we are down in Cali. Funny thing was... we had all talked about customers that forget there packages... lol Thank you!"
